Your closing date is a promise. We help you keep it.

What happens after you send us a deal

You stay in the loop. Your client gets handled. Here's the sequence.

1

You make one call

Send the contract or just describe the deal. You get a quick read on whether there's anything in it worth worrying about — not a callback slot next week.

2

We work the file

Title commitment, survey, estoppels, HOA approval, lender conditions. Problems get surfaced early enough that there's still time to fix them.

3

You close on time

We coordinate directly with the lender and the other side so you're not the one chasing updates — and the date on the contract holds.

Why agents send us their closings

The difference isn't the paperwork. It's who's reachable when the deal wobbles.

When legal issues surface late

  • Nobody answers until Monday morning
  • You're relaying messages between four parties
  • Extensions, re-negotiations, an anxious client
  • Your name is the one attached to the delay

When we're in the deal

  • An attorney who answers nights and weekends
  • Title and contract problems caught early
  • We talk to the lender and the other side directly
  • You look like the agent who brought the right people

Common questions

Do I lose control of my transaction?

No. You stay the point of contact for your client. We handle the legal and title work and copy you on what matters, so you always know where the file stands without having to chase it.

Is there any compensation for sending business your way?

No, and there can't be. RESPA prohibits paying for settlement service referrals, and we don't do it. The only thing you get out of sending us a deal is a closing that happens on time.

What if my client already picked a title company?

That's fine. We can represent your buyer or seller alongside another title company, or handle title ourselves through Paradise Coast Title. Either way the deal keeps moving.

Will this slow the closing down?

The opposite is the usual outcome. Most delays come from title exceptions, estoppel letters or lender conditions discovered too late. Getting eyes on the file early is what protects the date.

How fast will you get back to me?

Calls and texts are answered directly, including evenings and weekends. Messages sent through the form get a quick reply — responsiveness is the whole point of how this practice is run.

Which areas do you cover?

Collier and Lee counties, including Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Estero and Marco Island.
